Prayer Partners “Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us,
too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ...Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.” (Colossians 4:2-4) “Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.” (Matt 18:19).
Hands of Hope Ministries needs your prayer supporter. Prayer and ,missions are bound together in the teaching and ministry of Jesus. For example, in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 10) Jesus tells His disciples that the harvest is plentiful and the laborers are few. To deal with the lack of workers, Jesus does not direct his followers to plan a recruitment campaign. Instead, he commands His disciples to pray that the Lord of the harvest will send forth laborers into the fields. It's always more effective when the Lord motivates people onto the harvest field.
1. Pray for wisdom to know which opportunities to take as the needs unfold in the Philippines
2. Pray for a powerful anointing of the Holy Spirit on the people we minister to and that many will come in to a real relationship with God
3. Pray for God’s favour and safety
5. Pray for release of finance/resources, not just for the needs of the ministry, but to be able to practically help people in need
6. Pray for workers to released into this harvest field
